Chapter 23
Beth stirred slowly, opening her eyes and looked over at Jon and smiled. Sure she had her share of fantasies of them making love before but never thought reality would have been better than her imagination. Gently moving his hair out of his eyes careful not to wake him , she marveled in how incredibly handsome he was, from his baby blues and his drop-dead smile to his Lord have mercy' killer body. She ran her hand lightly across him Thoughts raced through her mind. Now they crossed that barrier. Was she his now? Could she make him see how love can be? Would he trust his heart again? Yes she would get him to see, She could be trusted with his heart .
Jon felt her feathery touch and opened his eyes to find the most gorgeous brown eyes staring down at him .
"Good Mornin' " Beth smiled
"Good Mornin' , Sleep Well?" Jon pulled her down and kissed her stroking her hair
"Never better . You?" She replied as she continued to play with the curls on his chest
Jon grinned devilishly " Like a baby" inching his hand down her back.
He then rolled over on top of her and started to nibble on her neck , his hand roaming down to her already wet swollen pussy .
"You feel so good baby" Jon growled as he rubbed nice and slow before entering a finger or two inside her.
Beth moaned, letting her hands travel down to touch his stiff erection. Jon jerked as if being electrocuted Damn what her touch did .
"Enough foreplay baby , I need you now " Jon growled as he parted her legs with is knee and was about to plunge deep into her warmth when there was a knock on the door.
"Hey Jon! , Ready to go Man " Tico said
Jon buried his face in Beth's shoulder in frustration , then bellowed " For what ?!!"
"God Jon, I don't wanna know what's goin' on in there but we do have an interview in an hour and then a photo shoot " Tico answered fighting the urge to bust the door down but he gave his blessing and he would stick too it though knowing they probably had been-- Tico closed his eyes and growled under his breath "He better not hurt her "
" Shit, Ok . Give me a few " Jon answered as he quickly rolled off of Beth and climbed out of bed.
"Well hurry you got a half hour at the most" Tico stated
"A'right , half hour gotcha "
Jon smiled down at Beth and said apologetically " Sorry Babe, Gotta run . Go back to sleep and I will see you at the arena "
Beth sat up, covering herself as she leaned in to kiss him " Better get a move on , wouldn't want him to come after you "
He laughed "Ok , I'm going " and headed to the shower but not before Beth smacked him on the ass.
He turned around "Hey , what was that for ?"
"Paybacks are a bitch" She smiled wickedly
Waggling his eyebrows and said mischievously "Oh really wait til later "
Few moments later he stepped out dressed and ready to go
"Bethy , babe See--" Jon started to say then he noticed she had fallen back to sleep , smiling he walked over , sweetly kissing her goodbye.
"Sweet Dreams Bethy--I love you" He stood there for a moment then headed to the door and walked out .
Jon was sitting there in the interview barely there damn he never had this hard time concentrating before. He used to be able to shut off this private life from his public life but damn if Beth got a hold on him. All he could think of was hurrying up and getting back to his Bethy. he said it to her though she didnt hear him ... He loved her. and truth be told he did love her always had but as a brother, friend but now--it was so much deeper , and it scared him. He gave his heart once before only to get it broken . Could he do it again ? Could he risk it? Bethy is different she wouldn't hurt me , she isn't like--her.
Beth woke up again a few hours later and sat up. Her mind immediately went to the last thing she thought she heard him say. Did she hear him say it? She had to be dreaming? He didn't ? Did he? She knew one thing she wasn't going to press him. He had been hurt badly and if it meant going slow.. so be it. She knew now how she felt . and it would be worth the wait. She made up her mind she would show him love could be good, and don't always have to say the words to show how you felt. She knew how sweet he was with her while they made love. His actions spoke louder than any words could . She smiled to herself. They had loads of time to get to know each other . Going back to London would be really hard now . It wouldn't be easy with his schedule and her being so far away but they could do it. Even before they got involved he managed to call her so why would now be any different. She would hate to leave him but her schooling was important to her and he would insist she go back anyway. This would give them the time to see where exactly this relationship was going.
Jon thinking about all what had transpired in such a short time. It sure wasnt going as slow as he thought it would but he has known her for so long that is really not a surprise. Not like they could go any faster, well they could but at the end of summer she was going back to school.. though not sure he wants her to go back but she had to this was her career , her passion and how could he hold her back from that , he couldn't, that wouldn't be fair . London is so far away he sighed to himself. But he had the tour too. Could they withstand the long distance? If it was meant to be .. sure they could. Besides he could go over on breaks, and they were touring over there soon anyway. Its only a few more months Sept to May that's not long. He chuckled to himself why in the hell is he thinking of that now. The Summer just started 3 months to let this ... dare he call it a relationship yet he didn't know but grow and see where it leads .
